• Responsible for the safe execution of preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) activities within the assigned area, following the Permit to Work System and all safety procedures and culture.
• Ensure ongoing plant safety, integrity, and reliability through adherence to engineering standards and statutory requirements.
• Execute routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all mechanical equipment and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting of mechanical issues and equipment failures.
• Provide quick response and turnaround for critical maintenance jobs.
• Keep supervisors informed of work progress and equipment status.
• Record maintenance history in the CMMS (MAXIMO system) to support performance and failure analysis.
• Ensure availability and readiness of critical equipment spares and consumables.
• Offshore-based role, operating on a 14-days on/off rotation with 12-hour shifts.

• Possess at least an ONC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or a related technical discipline from a recognized academic institution.
• Minimum of 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in production and maintenance within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of mechanical equipment and systems such as engines, turbines, water makers, pumps, crane power packs, pneumatic equipment, and air compressors.
• Ability to support other disciplines in carrying out routine tasks.
• Proficient in the use of CMMS systems (e.g., MAXIMO or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to coach trainees and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Malaysian national.
