E-Commerce Sales & Operations Executive - Klang

As part of our growing e-commerce team, you will be responsible to assist in maintaining our e-commerce stores, work closely with our e-commerce partners with the goal of developing our amazing beauty brands (which includes I'm From, Dear Klairs, Celimax, Fation, Wellage, Mustela, etc) and growing our sales.

• Manage daily operations of our e-commerce stores including order processing, pick & pack, logistic and inventory matters;
• Ensure all e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes adherence to all platform metrics like chat response rate, fast handover rate, campaign submissions, inventory replenishment etc.;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant field of studies;
• Experience in e-commerce platform operations (preferably Mall status stores);
• Working experience in the e-commerce industry of FMCG, beauty products preferred;
• Strong work ethic, good attention to detail, organised multitasker, problem solver, committed to learning on the job, sales-oriented and interest in e-commerce;
• Good comprehension of numbers will be highly advantageous for the role [let us know the best deal you have gotten on any ecom platform in the virtual interview];
• Proficient in written and spoken bilingual (both English and Bahasa Malaysia);
• Must be computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office;
• Possess own transportation (may need to drop off parcels at DOP if courier does not come);
• Able to start work immediately is a plus.
