We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Operation Assistant to support ourleadership team. This role is initially offered on a temporary/contract basis, with the potential for
permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate
will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will operate remotely.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Schedule and organize virtual and in-person meetings, including preparation of agendas
- Handle professional communication, including drafting and responding to emails and
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential files efficiently and securely.
- Support day-to-day office management tasks remotely.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Track deadlines, prepare reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
