3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event management, brand activation, or creative industries.
- (Senior Executive) Proven experience in preparing marketing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Strong structured thinking, planning, and project management capabilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, production, project and procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client communications professionally and confidently.
- Background in creative marketing campaigns, event launches, or brand experience programs is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is advantageous.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as necessary for client engagements, site visits, or project execution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a diverse range of events, from initial concept to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience engagement.
- Manage all aspects of event marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM), content creation, public relations, and traditional advertising, to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compelling promotional materials across all marketing channels.
- Oversee event budgets, meticulously tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring maximum return on investment for all marketing activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and media partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless execution of marketing deliverables.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and event performance data to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches for future events.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including pre-event buzz generation, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up, to drive attendance and enhance attendee experience.
