- Full Set of Accounts Management: Maintain and prepare full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly closing processes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Handle all tax-related matters, including SST, corporate income tax, and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).
- Audit & Year-End Closing: Coordinate with external auditors during audit exercises, provide required documentation, and support smooth year-end closing activities.
- Bank Reconciliation & Treasury Functions: Perform regular bank reconciliations, manage company cash flow, monitor payments, and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
- Liaison with Internal & External Parties: Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, bankers, auditors, and tax agents to resolve financial or operational matters.
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness and positive attitude.
- Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate with Full set account & SQL Software experience is more preferrable.
- Able to start immediately (preferably)
