about the role
They are currently looking for a Client Services Executive to handle corporate administrative matters for our clients. This role involves liaising with government authorities, banks, and other agencies to ensure smooth and timely completion of immigration, licensing, and business-related applications.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages end-to-end visa applications and renewals, liaising with government bodies like the ESD and Immigration Department.
- Handles the application and renewal of all business licenses with local authorities like DBKL and MBPJ.
- Coordinates with banks to prepare documents and arrange appointments for opening company bank accounts.
- Ensures all activities comply with Malaysian laws and regulations, and maintains accurate records for visas, permits, and licenses.
- Advises internal teams and clients on immigration rules, license requirements, and other related corporate service matters.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be working closely with another team member.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. EExperience in immigration services, bank account opening, or licensing would be ideal.
