- Experience in F&B kitchen environment preferred
- Willing to learn robatayaki / Japanese grilling methods
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Food Preparation & Assistance
- Assist the Grill Chef in preparing ingredients such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Clean, wash, and help marinate ingredients according to instructions.
- Help with skewering and portioning food for grilling.
- Support basic knife work under supervision.
- Grilling Support
- Assist in operating the robatayaki grill (charcoal or open flame) under guidance.
- Help monitor food while grilling and inform the chef when items are ready.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the grill area during service.
- Kitchen Operations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assist in plating and basic food presentation.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and work efficiently as part of the team.
- Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Properly store ingredients as instructed.
- Stock & Basic Inventory Support
- Help check and organize ingredients and supplies.
- Report low stock items to the senior kitchen staff.
