- Familiar with Pivot Table and basic formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP / SUMIF)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
- Fluency in English, Malay (Mandarin - added advantage)
- Assist in compiling and organising data from different sources
- Update and maintain records in Microsoft Excel
- Generate reports using Pivot Tables
- Perform data checking, cleaning, and verification
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Monitor shop performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of investment control strategies.
