Job Description[ Corporate Sales Executive ]
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Maxis business solutions. This role involves engaging with a fixed database of existing business customers, offering tailored solutions including mobile plans, devices, and rebate programs.The position offers a high commission structure, rewarding strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls to assigned business customers from the existing database
- Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business needs
- Present and promote Maxis business solutions, including mobile plans, devices, and rebate offerings
- Provide consultative recommendations to optimize clients’ telecom usage and cost savings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or account management is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and meeting clients in person
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of telecommunications products/services is a plus
- Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings
