What you'll do:
As the Manager, Accounts Receivable and Treasury at this public-listed solar energy engineering & construction company based in Petaling Jaya, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both accounts receivable processes and treasury management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing invoicing cycles, managing collections efficiently, maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes, and safeguarding the company’s liquidity through prudent cash flow forecasting.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and finance to resolve queries and improve processes related to receivables and treasury.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on accounts receivable performance and treasury status for senior management review.
  • Monitor credit risk exposure by evaluating customer payment trends and implementing effective credit control policies.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding accounts receivable and treasury transactions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the AR & Treasury functions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies governing financial transactions and reporting.
  • Mentor junior staff members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on shared success.
