Assist the lead teacher in preparing and implementing daily lesson plans and activities that are engaging and developmentally appropriate for young children.
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment.
- Assist in the assessment of children's learning and development, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education best practices.
- Uphold the policies and procedures of Little Tupai Preschool & Childcare, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to cater to the diverse needs of the children and their families.
- Possess strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide support to individual students, including those with special needs, to ensure their active participation and progress in learning activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
