Internship for accounting / audit - Seberang Perai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Help prepare monthly financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in maintaining fixed assets listing
• Support the team during audits and tax filing periods
• Check and inspect the accuracy of accounting records
• Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements
• Assist seniors in audit tasks
• Other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and able to work in a team environment
