- Experience handling paid advertising budgets and conversion campaigns

- Able to work independently and lead campaign direction
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Develop marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Collaborate with creative and event teams to align messaging and visuals
