Key Account Executive – Beauty & Skincare
Role Overview
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing assigned key retail and distribution accounts for GLAMPICK’s beauty and skincare brands. This role focuses on sales execution, account servicing, promotion coordination, and relationship management to drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring strong brand representation across all channels.
The position requires close collaboration with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, as well as external retail partners and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, including retail chains, pharmacies, specialty beauty stores, and distributors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day account matters, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Support Key Account Managers in executing account strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Execute agreed sales plans, promotions, and campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance, stock levels, and replenishment requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account performance reports, and post‑campaign analyses.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on in‑store promotions, product launches, displays, and merchandising execution.
- Ensure promotional mechanics are accurately implemented according to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Gather market and store‑level feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Manage sales documentation including purchase orders, pricing updates, promotional agreements, and claim submissions.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory planning.
- Support Finance with account reconciliations, credit control follow‑ups, and sales reporting where required.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends within the beauty and skincare market.
- Represent GLAMPICK brands professionally in meetings, store visits, and partner engagements.
- Support regional or cross‑market initiatives when required, in line with business needs.

Requirements & Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles within beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail industries.
- Familiarity with modern trade, pharmacy, or specialty beauty retail channels is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic sales reporting tools.
