Join us as a Mandarin Content Moderator in a global digital team, where you’ll gain international exposure, build strong industry experience, and play an important role in keeping online content safe, accurate, and compliant.
Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with customer service, call center,orrelated experience are highly encouraged to apply — full training will be provided, just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements- Possess a valid SPM certificate (Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in English (spoken & written); Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and good listening ability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive content responsibly
- Good time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts (with proper scheduling, night shift allowance & rest arrangements)
- Customer service / call center (BPO) experience is an added advantage (not compulsory)
- 9 working hours per day (inclusive of 1-hour break)
- 2 rest days per week
- Required to work on rotational shifts
- Location: Kelana Centre Point
- Basic salary + KPI incentives + allowances
- Final package will be determined based on interview performance
- Evaluation factors include: Mandarin proficiency, relevant work experience, and education background
- Review and moderate Mandarin content
- Identify violations of platform policies and guidelines
- Remove, flag, or escalate inappropriate content
- Provide feedback to content creators
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes
- Stay updated with moderation trends and policy updates
