Priority mortgage relationship manager

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard clients, and cross sell home insurance loan which is MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of mortgage sales experience.
  • We are also open to candidates with any sales experience – with a proven track record.
