Oversee communications with multiple clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs and aligning them with internal team deliverables.
  • Lead efforts to maintain and grow client relationships, driving contract renewals and long-term partnerships through strategic account management.
  • Review and guide the preparation of client reports, demo decks, and presentations, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our scope of services and effectively communicate and position these solutions to clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering strategic advice and insights based on clients’ objectives, industry trends, and gathered intelligence.
  • Lead client meetings or conference calls to define, assess, and advise on client goals, campaign performance, and project outcomes.
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize growth potential.
  • Supervise task progress, reporting, and deliverables across teams to ensure timely updates and escalation when needed.
  • Act as the lead Project Manager for key accounts, ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and timely issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong project and time management skills, including the ability to lead teams under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Oversee internal coordination to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and quality standards are maintained across all client projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Sales, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive successful project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for client communications, ensuring smooth and effective client interactions.
  • Strategically manage operational client relationships, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Lead by example in high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism, confidence, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Stay informed on social media and digital marketing trends, providing thought leadership to both clients and internal teams.
  • Continuously enhance team performance, client servicing strategies, and interpersonal communications.
  • Perform other strategic or operational duties as assigned by management.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within Account Management, Client Services, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market research, strategic sales planning, and advanced negotiation techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, driven, and passionate about delivering client success and business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
