What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the sales sector.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Take detailed job briefs from clients, understanding their specific requirements and company culture.
• Source, screen, and interview potential sales candidates using various channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights within the sales domain.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales recruitment or a strong sales background with a passion for people.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales landscape and different sales roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
