F&B Manager

3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Manage daily food and beverage operations across all outlets
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff; monitor team performance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Control inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels
• Monitor food and beverage costs and reduce waste
• Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports
• Coordinate with marketing to promote F&B offers and events
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen and service teams
