Internal Technician Support

Provide first-level technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals according to company standards.
- Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new employee workstations, including operating systems, applications, and network access.
- Perform routine IT maintenance tasks, such as software updates, virus scans, and system backups.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs or specialized software support when necessary.
- Ensure the security and integrity of company data by adhering to IT security policies and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide first-level technical support to all employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners across the organization.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new employee workstations, including hardware installation and software deployment.
- Manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware assets, software licenses, and supplies, and reordering as needed.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to create a knowledge base for common IT issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary, providing detailed information for resolution.
- Conduct basic training sessions for employees on new software or IT policies as required.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols, including data backup and recovery procedures.
- Respond to urgent IT support requests and outages, working efficiently to minimize downtime and restore services.
