CNC Programmer / Machinist

Job Summary: Responsible for developing CNC milling programs, machine setup, and ensuring parts are produced according to specifications, quality standards, and required timelines.

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC milling programs (G-code / CAM software).
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
• Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Perform first article inspection to ensure product quality meets requirements.
• Adjust machining parameters such as feed rate and cutting speed for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure machines are properly maintained and operated in accordance with SOP and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC Programming (Milling).
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC Milling (3-axis / 4-axis).
• Proficient in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, etc.).
• Solid understanding of G-code programming and machining strategies.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
