Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Admin to support our project operations and ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Projects Team, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Maintain and organize project-related documentation, reports, and records.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for project-related discussions.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement of project-related materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.
  • Support team members in ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a project-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
