• Well versed in Chinese, proficient in English is a plus.
• Proficient in Canva and Jianying/CapCut.
• Have sense of creativity and proactive to spot trending topics that help to drive high engagement and followers.
• Have the ability to visualize concepts and produce contents according to schedule.
• Understanding in social media insight reporting.

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms including XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform to drive brand awareness and follower growth.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content; design visual assets such as graphics and reels for social media use.
• Ensure all content aligns with platform-specific requirements, trends, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, and incorporate them into content strategies.
