- 6–8 years of audit experience in an accounting or audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS/MPERS and auditing standards.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
- Lead & review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates.
- Ensure audits comply with MFRS/MPERS and professional standards.
- Communicate with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations.
- Plan and manage audit timelines and deliverables.
