Creative Direction and Copywriting: Ideate & develop compelling ad scripts and graphic content that generate leads and drive revenue.
- Content Marketing: Write high-quality content for SEO blog articles and email campaigns to drive organic traffic growth and customer engagement.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team, providing data-driven feedback to refine visuals, ad copy, and video assets for campaign success.
- Media Buying: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (SEM), ensuring campaigns achieve CPL targets while optimising performance
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC. Use these insights to refine strategies and optimise future campaigns
- Ad-Hoc Projects & Team Support: Support additional marketing projects or R&D of new digital channels when required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or performance-driven marketing roles.
- Proven ability to drive results through creative strategy, CRO, and media buying, with a portfolio or case studies showcasing your success.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC, and how to use them to optimise campaigns.
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is preferred.
- Experience in using email marketing software (e.g., Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
