Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience
Registered Safety & Health Supervisor (DOSH Yellow Book holder) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Malaysian EHS regulations (DOSH, CIDB, DOE)
Good communication, problem-solving, and training skills
Certified Occupational First Aider (preferred)
Work at Height / Scaffolding training is an added advantage
Positive attitude, independent, and proactive
Valid Malaysian driving license
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint

Position Title: Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)
Contract Duration: Until August 2026 (Renewable based on project needs)

Working Location: Substation Project, Kawasan Perindustrian Nilai, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00)

Salary Budget: MYR 5,000 – MYR 6,500 (depending on qualifications & experience)

Support SHO in liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies (DOSH, CIDB, DOE) on EHS matters
Implement and enforce site safety, health, and environmental requirements
Conduct site inspections, audits, and daily safety briefings to ensure compliance
Prepare and submit safety reports, incident reports, and audit findings on time
Assist in accident/incident investigations and recommend corrective & preventive actions
Monitor subcontractors’ work practices, housekeeping, and safety documentation
Ensure machinery and equipment are certified and in safe working condition
Manage safety records, site inductions, and reporting in systems (e.g., Gensuite)
Participate in safety meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives
