Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation (including SST).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  1. Assist in the preparation of full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
  2. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting.
  4. Monitor cash flow, perform bank transactions, and reconcile bank statements.
  5. Manage and submit e-invoice and other relevant tax submissions.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  7. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders when necessary.
  8. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  10. Assist in any ad-hoc finance tasks or assignments as required.
