Kajang - Internship Talent Acquisition Intern

We (FIND Talents) are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to a variety of industries. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Support consultants in managing candidate pipelines
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and candidate tracking
• Communicate with candidates and assist with client coordination
• Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months
• Willing to work on-site at our office in Kota Damansara (near Surian MRT)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) are a plus
• Quick learner with a goal-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
