HR Admin-Mandarin Speaker Needed - Kajang

Must be able to read, understand and converse in Mandarin, English.
- Posses min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin. Fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, leave & attendance, payroll support, and staff records management.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and maintaining employee database.
- Coordinate training, performance review, and employee engagement activities.
- Support administrative tasks such as office supplies, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Liaise with government bodies on statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF).
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure HR and administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently
