About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to lead brand building efforts that drive both consumer love and commercial performance. You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated campaigns, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring brand visibility across online and retail channels.This is a rare opportunity to be at the intersection of purpose, creativity, and performance marketing — while growing a challenger brand across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Own commercial brand strategy including market share, awareness, and NPS targets.
- Lead campaign ideation and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, sampling, and in-store touchpoints.
- Align brand narratives with trade cycles and retailer calendars to optimize conversion.
- Champion end-to-end retail marketing, including POSM, promotions, sell-in decks, and shopper activations.
- Partner with product and global teams to localize NPD and build go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct competitor and category analysis to uncover consumer insights and growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and marketing calendars with a bias for action and execution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering clarity, focus, and growth.
- 5–8 years’ experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG, DTC, or consumer startups.
- Strong marketing instincts with the ability to create brand campaigns that resonate both culturally and commercially.
- A self-starter mindset, with experience managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, from digital content to in-store excellence.
- Familiarity with consumer insights, creative briefing, and data-driven performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a cross-functional, high-growth environment.
