Able to speak and understand English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask between admin and creative work.
• Good communication skills in English and [insert other language if needed].
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Experience with content creation for social media or marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in daily office operations, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Handle data entry, filing, and basic reporting tasks.
• Coordinate internal communications and assist in organizing meetings or company events.
• Liaise with external vendors or stakeholders as needed.

Creative Tasks:

• Create promotional videos for marketing, branding, or internal use.
• Design visual content for social media, website, presentations, and printed materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing or product team to develop creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit photos and videos to suit different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and maintain a library of digital assets.
