- Reporting to: Head of Commercial Sales
- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Join an APAC-leading beauty company which has taken Malaysia by storm to lead and scale up their Watsons channel.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives within Watsons.
- Lead with collaborative expertise: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing purchasing decisions and driving brand visibility.
- Shape a winning vision: Craft and execute comprehensive annual business plans encompassing marketing, promotions, and distribution strategies to maximize brand presence and achieve sustainable growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insightful sales forecasting to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the dynamic beauty landscape.
- Minimum 5 years of key account management experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry.
- Experience managing Watsons and other retail chain pharmacies is essential.
- Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
