We are currently looking for a Senior Key Account Manager for one of the rapidly-growing players in the FMCG beauty and skincare space. This position requires your urgent attention.
  • Reporting to: Head of Commercial Sales
  • Location: Kuala Lumpur
  • Join an APAC-leading beauty company which has taken Malaysia by storm to lead and scale up their Watsons channel.
the role
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives within Watsons.
  • Lead with collaborative expertise: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing purchasing decisions and driving brand visibility.
  • Shape a winning vision: Craft and execute comprehensive annual business plans encompassing marketing, promotions, and distribution strategies to maximize brand presence and achieve sustainable growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insightful sales forecasting to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the dynamic beauty landscape.
the experience
  • Minimum 5 years of key account management experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry.
  • Experience managing Watsons and other retail chain pharmacies is essential.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
