All about the role:
Sitting within BA EA business area, the OEM organization is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain process for sourced finished goods. The focus is to optimize the flow of sourced products to the European markets, with best-in-class processes and continuous improvement mindset.
Within this structure, there is an opportunity for the position of OEM Supply Chain Planning Manager. The candidate is responsible for managing the OEM planning team, collaborating with different stakeholders, such as local Demand Planning, Product Line, Logistic and suppliers to secure products availability, combined with a strong focus on inventory management.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute the OEM supply plan to ensure timely availability of finished goods across various EU markets.
- Coordinate with OEM partners to align production schedules with demand forecasts and market requirements.
- Monitor supplier capacity, lead times, and service levels to secure on-time delivery and mitigate risks.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains in the OEM supply chain.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners and analysts responsible for OEM supply planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact among Demand Planners, Product Line, Logistics, Launch planners and commercial areas.
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to understand and incorporate market forecasts into the OEM supply plan.
- Optimize inventory levels across the EU distribution network to ensure product availability while minimizing working capital.
- Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs, including stock coverage, obsolescence, and slow movers.
- Drive planning process improvements through automation, digital tools, and cross-functional alignment.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruption from supply delays, quality issues, or capacity constraints.
- Ensure that all supply activities are compliant with EU regulations, company policies, and sustainability standards.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Fluent English knowledge is required.
- In-depth understanding of supply planning, procurement, and OEM manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with demand forecasting principles, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
- Solid experience working with SAP and advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, IBP, OTM).
- Understanding of cost structures, budget management, and the financial impact of supply chain decisions.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions..
- Able to lead and support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based in Porcia, located in the metropolitan area of Pordenone (Northeast Italy), where you will work closely with colleagues from Supply chain, logistics and procurement. Here, is also based the centra R&D for Care Prodcut Line. You will be in a dynamic environment, where we develop and test domestic appliances such as Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Washer Dryers and Tumble Dryers.
