Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum SPM or higher qualification

• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience with proven track record is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel
• Able to handle sales orders, documentation, and client follow-ups

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (forklifts and spare parts).
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and necessary documentation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Manage social media advertisements and assist in digital marketing efforts to generate leads.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, admin, and service department) to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer engagements.
