Gross salary range RM2,600-RM3,000++ (Including Full OT & Full Allowances).

The Production Operator is responsible for carrying out lithium-ion battery production processes according to work instructions and safety standards. This includes operating machines, assembling battery components, performing basic quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production flow.
- Operate and maintain battery production equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on battery components and finished products.
- Handle materials including electrode sheets, electrolytes, separators, and battery cells carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
- Record production data accurately, including batch numbers, operating parameters, and inspection results.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production deviations, or quality issues immediately.
- Participate in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and setup activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
