External Sales & Marketing Executive

Indoor Sales Coordinator

External Sales & Marketing Executive
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
  • Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detail information to the consumer about the technical specifications and function of our company hardware product
  • Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast for next year
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meeting assign from Company
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvement
  • Travel to areas which needs provide marketing services to customer
  • Well maintain and update CRM system
  • Preparing monthly operations meeting presentation report
  • Maintain in professional appearance
  • Update customer for our product latest information and marketing advertisement
  • Meet annual group sales target
  • To manage ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time
Indoor Sales Coordinator
  • Conduct outbound calls to new, inactive, and existing customers to generate interest, revive accounts, and create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs through calls and convert leads into ESM visits, sample requests, or direct sales opportunities.
  • Drive lead conversion and demand creation, ensuring high engagement and contribution to sales pipeline.
  • Conduct sample & catalogue management at branch office to ensure sufficient of marketing samples for the daily usage at branch office (showroom, customer service and sales & marketing department).
  • Coordinate and manage sample and catalogue delivery (courier / Lalamove), ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment to customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead database, including call outcomes, customer feedback, and opportunity tracking.
  • Analyze customer responses and feedback from calls to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
  • Follow up on leads and sample deliveries to drive conversion and customer engagement.
  • Support internal sales and marketing activities, including showroom customer visits, events and activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities (e.g., Archidex, RIX).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and uphold professionalism.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties or assignments as directed by management from time to time.
