Graphic Designer

Job Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or structural design, preferably in the POSM industry.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or 3D modeling software (AutoCAD).
5. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic and structural design projects.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
10. Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques will be an advantage.
11. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.

1. Design: Lead the design process for graphic and structural elements of POSM materials, including but not limited to POP displays, packaging, and promotional materials.
2. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and artwork that effectively communicate client branding and messaging while adhering to brand guidelines. Structural Design:
3. Develop innovative structural designs for POSM displays and materials, considering factors such as functionality, durability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of assembly.
4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Client Collaboration:
5. Work closely with Sales department to understand their requirements, provide creative recommendations, and present design concepts that align with customer brand identity and marketing objectives.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales and production, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on design prototypes and final products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client specifications.
8. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic and structural design to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
