Warehouse Assistant

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Additional language is a bonus).
• Able to travel to Petaling Jaya and Klang.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight items.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Warehouse Duties:

• Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and organizing incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Ensure proper labelling and storage of items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare delivery orders, courier airwaybill, invoices, and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Handle data entry, filing, and document management.
• Liaise with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal teams.
• Provide administrative support to the warehouse and office team.
• EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions
