Junior Graphic Designer

1. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. 1–2 years of design experience (internship or freelance work also considered).
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
4. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
5. Ability to take feedback constructively and meet tight deadlines.
6. A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
7. Passion for design, branding, and storytelling.
8. Basic photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are an advantage.

Job Overview

From digital campaigns to print materials, you will help bring our product stories and innovations to life.

1. Assist in the development of design materials for online and offline channels, including brochures, social media graphics, digital banners, point-of-sale materials, advertisements, packaging, and internal branding.
2. Adapt and resize creative assets across platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
3. Support in ideation and concept creation for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
4. Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to refine design briefs, layouts, and final artwork.
5. Participate in photoshoots, product styling, and content production as needed.
6. Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with vendors or printers when required.
7. Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and visual identity.
8. Stay updated on design trends and competitor visuals to help push creative boundaries.
9. Hands-on experience in a premium international bedding brand environment.
