- Support and manage existing agents, keeping strong and positive relationships.
- Look for new business opportunities with current agents.
- Work with the team to find target markets and potential agents, and help create and carry out plans to grow the business.
- Gather market information, stay updated on industry trends, and regularly check what competitors are doing.
