What You'll Do:

• Contribute to the development, execution, and refinement of the annual business plan in response to market dynamics.

• Prepare and submit reports, strategic plans, budgets, and performance forecasts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge or interest in Syariah-compliant banking, finance, or business practices is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
