Marketing Executive

We are a growing startup involved in water technology manufacturing and IT-related businesses, serving both domestic and overseas markets. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Marketing Executive who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow together with the company.

This role offers real exposure to business operations, close collaboration with the Founder and Sales Team, and opportunities to apply digital and AI tools in daily marketing and business support activities.

While the starting salary may be modest, we believe in fair and progressive salary growth as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain company websites using GoDaddy Website Editor
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and generate quality inquiries
• Manage and grow digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Oversee LinkedIn profile management, marketing campaigns, and audience engagement strategies
• Leverage AI and digital tools such as Canva (marketing and corporate design materials), ChatGPT, and other AI platforms for content creation, copywriting, and idea development
• Handle company design requirements, including marketing visuals, presentation decks, exhibition materials, and corporate/internal collateral
• Perform video editing using CapCut or other suitable tools
• Execute email marketing campaigns and coordinate events such as training sessions and exhibitions
• Support and coordinate global exhibition participation, including marketing preparation and digital promotion
• Generate business inquiries through creative digital marketing initiatives
• Propose and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business growth
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and Sales Team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing-related role

• Good command of English (written and spoken
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with: Website management (GoDaddy preferred), Social media platforms, AI-assisted and design tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and similar tools
• Able to multitask and support a growing startup environment
• Willing to learn and adapt to various company requirements
