- Project Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end car park system installation projects
- Conduct site survey and feasibility study
- Prepare project implementation plan and schedule
- Coordinate with client, contractors, suppliers, ISP and payment gateway providers
- Apply and manage payment gateway integration
- Technical & Documentation
- Prepare technical drawings and system design layout
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) and technical specifications
- Source quotations and raise Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Configure network, server and VPN connectivity
- Installation & Deployment
- Supervise and monitor installation works
- Ensure proper cabling, network setup and hardware installation
- Oversee bay line painting (if applicable)
- Conduct QC/QA checks before commissioning
- Perform testing & commissioning
- Ensure project completion and formal handover to backend team & client
- Conduct daily checking and patrolling of car park sites
- Supervise daily staff activities and scheduling
- Monitor contractor or technician on-site activities
- Ensure equipment and signage cleaning is carried out properly
- Perform daily system checks and functional testing
- Conduct regular inspection of lighting systems
- Conduct CCTV inspection and ensure proper recording functionality
- Ensure site condition remains safe, clean, and operational
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance visits
- Inspect hardware (barriers, readers, terminals, cameras, servers)
- Inspect network and connectivity stability
- Clean and calibrate equipment
- Check system health and log performance status
- Submit PM report with findings and recommendations
- Escalate potential risks to Backend Team if system-related
- Attend on-site breakdown cases
- Troubleshoot hardware faults
- Replace defective parts
- Restore system functionality within SLA
- Submit incident report
- Coordinate with Backend Team if software/backend issue detected

- Project completion within timeline & budget
- System uptime (%)
- Preventive maintenance compliance rate
- Corrective response time (SLA adherence)
- Zero repeat failure rate
