- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Experience as a barista is an advantage (training provided).
- Maintain personal hygiene, as well as cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.
- Dress neatly and arrive 15 minutes before the shift.
- Serve customers politely, with a smile and professionalism.
- Master upselling scripts (add-on selling).
- Manage stock usage to ensure smooth operations.
