?️ What You’ll Do
Lead Project Execution & Delivery- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of smart system integration projects (IoT/RFID/Automation)
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets
- Lead deployment execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality, on-time results
- Conduct site visits and client workflow studies to shape solution specifications
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business logic into technical deliverables
- Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and architects on scalable design
- Build trusted relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, technical reviews, and project updates
- Provide on-site user training and post-implementation support
- Ensure system performance aligns with technical and functional expectations
- Support debugging, testing, and system optimization
- Continuously refine project delivery processes and recommend improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Passion for digital technologies and smart system integration.
- Solid understanding of system design, databases, and development life cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Effective communicator with excellent collaboration skills across teams and clients.
- Experience in managing or supporting software-based projects (Agile/SDLC/DevOps is a plus).
- Ability to document functional specs, system flows, and training materials clearly.
- Familiarity with RFID, IoT hardware, and software integration is an advantage.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a bonus but not required.
