Sales Support Executive | Subang | Mandarin Speaker

• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, email, and ERP or CRM systems.
• Familiar with AutoCount software is a plus
• A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth backend operations to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt and smooth delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for all completed sales transactions.
• Prepare sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and reports.
• Support the sales team in compiling and updating customer databases.
• Maintain proper filing systems and handle general office admin work.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

• Clear growth path toward Sales Operations or Admin/Office Management roles.
