Mandarin Speaking Key Account Executive (FMCG/Retail-Beauty and Skincare) in Kepong KL-GG

Location: Kepong, KL

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian)
• Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and campaigns
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory and forecast demand
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale strategies
• Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners
• Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to internal teams
• Work with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts
• Support the Head of Sales in meeting overall channel sales targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in key account management or retail sales, in cosmetics, skincare.
• Strong knowledge of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with fast-changing or trend-based products is a plus
• Possess the in depth knowledge and skills in colour cosmetics.
• Proficient in both Mandarin, English and BM.

Remuneration Package:

Basic: up to RM 7000
