• Diploma or higher education preferred.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative for our Taiwan market. The ideal candidate will provide professional and efficient support to our e-commerce users through non-voice and occasional voice channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and platform-related issues via email and chat.
• Make outbound calls when necessary to clarify or follow up on customer concerns.
• Review, assess, and coordinate return and refund requests efficiently.
• Address user issues related to financial transactions and logistics operations.
• Manage account-related inquiries, including permission and access concerns.
