Asst Production Manager (Medical, New Setup) New

• Formulate and execute monthly and annual production plans.
• Organize training for key production personnel on advanced technologies to enhance their technical competencies.
• Ensure product quality, issue production directives, implement balanced production plans, ensure schedule adherence, and complete order fulfillment tasks.
• Oversee identification, maintenance, repair, and decommissioning to ensure all production equipment and tooling remain in optimal working condition and meet production requirements.
• Ensure production processes are accurately guided and organize regular inspections to verify compliance with process discipline.

• More than 5 years of experience in process engineering or production management within a manufacturing company.
• More than 5 years of production management experience in the medical device industry, with familiarity in relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong learning capability and innovative mindset; excellent planning and execution abilities; possesses basic knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Familiar with the technical implementation, design and development controls, and regulatory requirements for Class II or Class III passive catheter products.
