Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver looking to fast-track your career in Application Support? We're looking for a motivated individual to join a growing Professional Services team and support large-scale installations, servers, and applications.
What you'll do:
- Provide Level 1 application support in a 24/7 environment.
- Maintain high-availability systems and applications.
- Take ownership of all issues, from identification to resolution.
- Manage a knowledge base of defects, issues, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, technology teams, and clients.
- Conduct application testing and train users.
- Liaise with business users and manage client expectations.
What you'll bring:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is a must for business communication.
- Experience with HTML or JAVA is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
